The vehicle had multiple issues almost immediately after purchase, and the financing included thousands of dollars in additional products. Management ultimately agreed to unwind the transaction. If you do not speak English fluently, do not sit down with the Finance Department or sign anything until every single term, charge, and document has been clearly explained to you in your own language.
