Not going to lie I've had some bad experiences here. However, with my last two visits, Joel has been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond what he's asked to do as a service writer. I know it's human nature to complain, but I thought it would be nice to just acknowledge having had a good experience.
They had me waiting 2 hours for transportation and the coordinator had me waiting 34 mins on hold.

We are from NY and recently visited our son in Florida. We decided to help him purchase a new car and had an amazing experience working with Eric Jorn. He gave us his undivided attention, worked out a great deal and answered all of our questions. Everyone including the Manager, finance guy Serge Auguste, and Laz Hernandez with insurance were amazingly helpful. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Frank Rojas did an excellent job with customer service. He approached me in the service lounge two weeks ago and did not come across as a pushy salesperson.
