We were absolutely impressed with the service we received from Nissan. I called around 6 PM on a Monday after I had made a deal up north where I live and it wasn’t exactly what I wanted so I figured I would just call down. I got a hold of Henry on the phone and he immediately said he had a vehicle and he could match the price. Within an hour I had a full video tour of the vehicle I wanted and he beat the deal that I was able to get up here. My husband drove an hour and got down to Greenacres about 9 PM and all the staff the manager, the finance department, the sales person, were there with him until midnight through the car buying process. We could not have asked for a better deal and a better vehicle. We can’t wait to go back next year to trade in our other vehicle with Henry.

I had a scheduled appointment with Greenacres Niessan today & would like to give praise to my Service Advisor Felipe Marquez. He is one of the most professional representatives I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I have a broad knowledge of Cars however, I had a really tough week with mine, so naturally I had a lot of questions & concerns which Felipe was able to anticipate and alleviate without me even addressing them first. Felipe went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and that my specific situation was important. I have a lot to do today and was not expecting to have to leave my car overnight which was frustrating however, Felipe was able to lesson my load by assisting me with a shuttle ride home which was a huge help!
