I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to have not only chosen this dealership to work with but also have Pete to be the one who helped get me in my car. Truthfully many dealerships were overly pushy and it wouldn’t ever feel like an authentic experience but Pete would constantly chat with me as if we have known each other for years. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind which started when he made sure we were fed well upon entering the dealership providing us with ample snacks and drinks. I have never owned an electric vehicle before and considering the circumstances, I needed some extra parts for my vehicle and without absolutely zero restraint or pushback he made sure that I was taken care of and I was provided with everything needed for the future while owning my car. Many of the interactions were even from his own personal phone where he would quickly respond at all times of day to update me and ensure I had everything I needed to be happy with my decision getting the vehicle. My salesman, Stephan, is five stars all day long. He’s a bright young man with a great future ahead of him. He went above and beyond by picking me up from the airport, communicating exactly as promised, and following through on everything he said he would do. Unfortunately, my experience with the service and detailing departments was closer to three stars, which brings my overall rating to four stars. The dealership advertises a comprehensive multi-point inspection, but several issues suggested that either it wasn’t completed thoroughly or important items were overlooked. Before I even left the dealership, I had to ask for the coolant to be topped off because it was below the minimum mark. On the drive home, I received a warning that the license plate lights were out. A few miles later, the oil change reminder illuminated. Then my phone wouldn’t charge, and after pulling over, I discovered the fuse for the 12-volt outlet/cigarette lighter was blown. Those are all items I would have expected to be caught during a thorough inspection. The exterior of the van was detailed nicely, but the interior told a different story. There were still mud marks on the headliner, dirt on the sun visors, business cards and receipts from the previous owner, receipts from businesses they had visited, leaves, and even pens left inside the vehicle. In addition, the headliner wasn’t fully tucked into the A-pillar trim, and the broken passenger-seat drawer had been “repaired” with duct tape and a large drywall screw. Overall, I had a positive experience and would gladly work with Stephan again. I simply believe the service and detailing departments could benefit from paying closer attention to the quality of their work so the customer’s experience matches the excellent sales experience.

Within a few hours i was told what was wrong with my car. Within two days i got my suv back. I wouldve actually had it sooner had the part came in when it was scheduled. We were absolutely impressed with the service we received from Nissan. I called around 6 PM on a Monday after I had made a deal up north where I live and it wasn’t exactly what I wanted so I figured I would just call down. I got a hold of Henry on the phone and he immediately said he had a vehicle and he could match the price. Within an hour I had a full video tour of the vehicle I wanted and he beat the deal that I was able to get up here. My husband drove an hour and got down to Greenacres about 9 PM and all the staff the manager, the finance department, the sales person, were there with him until midnight through the car buying process. We could not have asked for a better deal and a better vehicle. We can’t wait to go back next year to trade in our other vehicle with Henry.
